We hope you've got your fancy dress and you've broken in those sparkly dancing shoes!

To ensure everything runs as smoothly and as fun as possible we wanted to give you some information about how the evening is planned:
 
Doors open 6.00pm tonight, Saturday 28th February.
 
Please note: no more food orders can be taken on the night - meals served have all been pre-booked.
 
As ticketholders enter the function room, you'll be given your VIP wristband, a glass of bubbly or non-alcoholic fizz and your voucher for your free facepaint swirl.
 
The event is a complete sell-out, which means every table and chair in the function room is sold, but the bar is still open.

 

We can't reserve tables for everyone, so if you're in a large group please get there early and we'll do our best to help you reserve seats together. If you don't arrive early you'll possibly be sharing a table with some new friends! However, everyone is guaranteed a seat whatever time you arrive.
 
There will be (empty!) bottles on everyone's table for you to make pretty and take home.

We've got a fantastic photo booth so you can take home printed copies of memories of the night - only £2.50 per photo. You can have as many photos taken as you like, singularly or as a group, and we can offer prints after the event too.
 
As well as your free facepaint swirl on arrival, our talented Glitter Artist will be providing full face paints for only £3 during the night.
 
There will be prizes for Best Dressed Person and Most Interactive Table to be judged by the Mamma Mia girls.
 
As you would imagine we have a number of fundraising items and a big raffle so we hope that you will be generous in getting involved, including in our Abba Bingo during the interval. We're extremely thankful to our numerous sponsors who have donated prizes - we have £100s of alcohol and other prizes in our raffle, which will be drawn at the end of the evening.
 
Finally, please complete the short tickbox survey form on your table - we want you to choose the next themed evening. Tables who complete survey forms could win a prize!
 
100% of the profits from the night go towards Blue Light Weekend 2026 event organisation. Without fundraising events like this Blue Light Weekend couldn't happen.
