The World Mascot Championship returns for Blue Light Weekend 2026, bringing a riot of colour, chaos and larger-than-life characters to its new home in the Memorial Gardens.

 

Mascots will go head to head in a series of hilarious challenges as they compete for the championship title, while raising money and awareness for good causes. Expect plenty of tumbles, questionable tactics and enthusiastic support from the crowd.
